Co.m.ar.p carries out the grinding operations, i.e. the processes obtained by abrasion exerted by a grinding wheel. The speed of rotation of the grinding wheel, made up of abrasive material, allows it to remove a moderate quantity of material from the surface of the part to be worked with considerable precision.

Precisely for these characteristics, grinding is a very precise but also expensive process, which makes it a process suitable only for parts that require a high surface finish.

All types of industrial grinding processes are carried out, capable of finishing any mechanical detail as well as surface finishing in infinitesimal tolerances.

• We can grind flat pieces of dimensions  1000 x 1000 X 4000.
• We can grind in the round D. 600 X 2500, holes D.150 X 300, with tilting rotary table

For grinding operations, we have machines for exteriors on CNC copying and control points, without centers, interiors, lapping machines, tangentials for machining surfaces and solid shapes (Creep-Feed).
If necessary, thick chrome plating is performed.
